Canon EOS 400D
The Canon EOS 400D is a DSLR camera with a 10 megapixel CMOS sensor (22.2 x 14.8 mm), dust removal system and an ISO up to 1600 (although over ISO 400 the noise is quite noticeable).
Some of its more interesting characteristics (for astronomy) are:
- The ultra-sonic dust removal system (it is usually applied every time the camera is shot down).
- The 2.5'' LCD screen (230K pixel) with a viewing angle of 160º (better than in previous models).
- Smaller and lighter than previous models.
Apart from the camera, I've got some other complements for it:
- Grip (for two batteries) + 4 batteries
- Infrared remote control
- Shutter cable to control the camera in BULB mode with the computer
- Canon EF-S 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 Lens
- Canon EF 50mm f1.8 Lens
- Canon EF 70-200mm f4 Lens
